This is a Rare and Impressive large Bronze Bear group signed by the famed italian sculptor Giuseppe Gambogi (1862-1938). French editor mark : Gorini Freres. Circa 1900/1920. Stunning stone like patina on the rock (bronze) with Silver plated bears and cascade. Rare to find a bronze by this sculptor who worked mainly in Marble. Gambogi's work can achieve high prices and I was lucky to acquire this very rare bronze by him. Please note the dimensions.
